[Dutch Details] ShaKy!

Finally, the construction thread of ShaKy! has begun. It'll be based on B&M hyper and I'll try to make it w/o MCBR. Here's the lay-out, the only change will be that the helix downwards will be a hammerhead probably. Enjoy

That looks really awesome! that last picture makes the J-turn (What you call the S-turn) look a lot like the path a skier would take on a mogul run (anyone see that?). I can tell you'll do well on this. Is that helix like the (totally un-cool (Yah Pyro!)) Goliath helix like this?

The starting of the Airtime hill needs a bit more banking. But other than that it looks awesome!!!

I see you got some nice inspiration from Intimidator for that air-hill I like the pointy-ness.

^Not sure about that, it enters at a small angle, maybe a little more, but not too much.

I'd have to agree on the banking. You want to increase it, and that will also mean you'll have to use some heartlining in there.

Something's bugging me about the previous element. I think you might need more banking at the crest of the hill thingy. Other than that, it's fantastic!

Layouts after this hill (mayby)
270*Helix;MCBR/Hill;Hill;Hill;Turn;Brakes

You have to make a helix because:
You have alot of speed which would be enough for double the layout you have planned now, and a Helix eats up more speed then an overbank.

Please make your breaks inclined. That would make it look amazing when done.

I think I know what's up with the third pic of the last update...
I think there's a strait spot in the turn.
Still, don't trust me 100% because I still haven't adapted an eye towards these things but that's what I think it is...
Otherwise GREAT coaster!!!! I love the layout so far too! Keep it up!

i will fix the banking and heartlining in the transition. I like to hear that you do like my air hill

. Kne'builder, that would be a great lay-out, if I really have the speed for that I'll do that. Lazor, I don't know what you mean with inclined breaks, can you explain me?^^^^ yes I do play the piano.

B&M does it with all there new hypers, and intamin does it too. It looks really sweet.

See how the break run on the right is inclined?

well, here's an update. I got holidays, so I'm able to do quite some work these days. I used the same motors for the lift as the MCBR, here are the pictures. Enjoy!
