How well do those wheels rotate on the rods? I've found mine are really stiff so that wouldn't really work for me. Also how well do they stay on?

^Pffft. Fried, they are rotating on the connectors, not the rods. | Really, though, Helmut put oil on his knex rods for the second launch of Timbuktu if I'm recalling correctly. It might be effective for this as well, whatever this is.

Yeah it definitely needs oil. I’m also considering buying some more wheels and attempting to round them out with some epoxy sculpt. I’m also trying to make a modular car design with articulated connections.
