Its a sping launch, its from the Coaster Dynamix Sidewinder Kit. You can stretch the spring so that it has enough power to launch a full train.
Working on a real powered launch as I have 2 knex red rippin motors and the CD trains fit. Just need to modify the rubber wheels a little and should have a full power launch.
