Hi Guys!

Note** I have not seen a post like this before, which is why I`m posting this just to help out those in need of middle cars!  :P

For someone who lives in Vancouver, Canada, it is very difficult to find cheap/affordable middle section cars online/nearby, which is why I found an alternate way myself. I have three two-sectioned cars, and turned it into one four-sectioned car.

I'll be showing a quick, simple tutorial for turning this:

Into this!

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED:

- Two or more two-section SS coaster cars (two fronts and two backs)

- Small screwdriver

- Small ziploc bag to hold a screw

- Duct Tape

- Scissors

- K'nex pieces listed in the photo:

Step One: Move one car away, then separate and flip the other car

Step Two: From the front car, remove the very front bumper

Step Three: A) Unscrew the back car round piece, and be sure to put the screw away somewhere safe. B) With the round piece, snap it into the front car, where you removed the bumper.

Step Four: Be sure to add some tape to keep it in place, and be sure to keep the plastic ball stuck out as far as possible

Step Five: Make the piece shown below: It will be used to keep the plastic ball in place.

Step Six: Place the piece into the car as shown below. There will be a lift jack in the car as well. I decided to leave it there, as both pieces should fit fine.

Step Seven: Bring back the first unused coaster two-section car

Aaand Voila! A three-sectioned coaster from two two-sectioned-coasters!

Again, do this as many times as it pleases you,

Hope this in anyway helped you all out, as I was finally relieved to figure out a way to deal with all of these extra front + back cars, haha!

Let me know what you think!  :P

I had seen something like this before but it was more desructive to the rear car. This you can switch the cars from front & back to middle without sawing anything off. I'll have to use this!
