You're quite welcome, sean9782. ;) The lift looks more fitting now.

I'm not done building yet.

I feel a four car train would flow better but sometimes you have to get farther into the layout to find out.

To me the overbank seems uneven and elongated at the top. Like it should either be thinner or taller.
(I can post a pic of what I mean if needed for clarity).
The air hill. The pull in into the air hill looks great but the peak of the air hill is kinda sharp.
Just fix those and you will be fine.

Also are you meaning for it to be flying through every element like it is?

I agree, so I will be running a 4 car train. I believe I fixed the issues you brought up, but you'll have to judge it yourself when I get a real update posted (Probably tomorrow.) As for the pacing, I built the two first elements while I was using a train of non-lubed, unweighted cars, so when I did end up lubing them, they started flying through those elements.

I agree with ^. There's some stuff to fix. I think 4 cars flow better. Keep it up!

Thanks!

Yeah four cars seem more fitting. There's some more stuff to fix like those ^ two said. One more thing in addition to that: in the curved drop picture (5th picture from the top), you forgot to connect the flexi to the X-tie where the track starts going up again. (A)

Thanks! I couldn't find the x-tie you were talking about, so I probably fixed it after I took those pics and forgot or something. :P

Much happier with the overall look of the project now. ;)  :)

Random question- What do SS and VV stand for?

------------------------

So I have another test vid with all the work I've completed so far...

https://www.youtube....h?v=xjThcdYqQrA

You'll get better angles in tomorrow's update, but until then I have things to talk about.(Also, after I filmed the test vid I found a loose track to support connection, so the train now goes a bit faster through the turn out of the helix)

First and foremost, the second half of the ride (After the airtime hill) is pretty sucky. I know it is, but I feel like I'm less and less motivated to work on this and find myself thinking about building other things. This led to me rushing through the next few elements and them being pretty low in quality.

So here's my question: Should I just finish this coaster the way it is or start the whole 2nd half over? If I left it the way it is, I would just have it go into a station and turn out of the station to the lift, but if I re-did the last few elements, I'm worried I'll end up hating this build. Any suggestions?!

Random question- What do SS and VV stand for?

SS stands for Screamin' Serpent, and it refers to the x-ties track (the one that you're using.)

VV stands for Vertical Vengeance and it refers to the preformed track (sometimes called micro track.)

I believe Screamin' Serpent and Vertical Vengeance were the first coaster sets released of their respective track types.
