Good morning SS family! I recently joined the community and wanted to get all the advice on construction tips for starting out with my first coaster design. Based on reading other threads, I’m aware to start small to gain confidence, the SS set is a good starting point, and there are several different ways to build things. If someone would be willing to take me under their wing so to speak to bring me up to speed on verbiage and whatever else I would need to know, that would be greatly appreciated. My first project back on the scene will be the Ferris Wheel from the Big Ball Factory set mainly because I’ve done the BBF build and just like the Ferris Wheel better feel free to drop whatever tips, advice or direction you would like. Glad to be apart of the family

Hi all! I’d like to jump in on this topic, as I’m also new here and have experience building with k’nex. I’ve been watching the site for the last few months, and after building the Screamin Serpent and the Rippin’ Rocket, I’m ready to build my first custom k’nex coaster. However, I also need some guidance.
