Yeah, this is my trip report from a while ago. I just never got around to posting it. Enjoy!

We were staying in our grandparents' condominium during this whole vacation. It was very nice. If anyone has stayed near Disney World, you know who Krissa is. If you haven't, she is the current host of The Top 7 Must-See Attractions at Walt Disney World show. Do not watch this too much, you will go blind or crazy: whichever comes first. Well, I learned this the hard way, I went crazy, and watched it at least 11 times (no joke!). I had my own TV in front of my sleeper sofa, so you know what I watched before I went to sleep. Yep...Krissa. It's like I am hypnotized by her good looks and all the rides she describes. Well, I finally got to sleep and had "theme park dreams" (raise your hand if you do too). I don't remember what park I dreamed I was at, but it is usually the park I am excited about. Well, guess who was first to get up, get dressed, and ready to walk out the door? Yours truly. Well, okay, I had forgotten to eat. I never eat much before I go to a park: I get nervous! Not like "scared" nervous, but like "Oh my god, in less than an hour I will be having the time of my life" nervous. Well, after all that, we left. Arriving into the MGM parking lot (tell me I am not the only one that gets this way) and just stared in awe at the Tower (and not the Earfull Tower, mind you). Got in line to get ParkHoppers, but my mom left her purse and the condo. After going back, we got our parkhoppers and FINALLY entered. I love walking into MGM; not only are you within the dominion of two of the greatest rides in the world, but there is just this feeling you get when walking in. So we knew what we were hear for: the thrill rides. (By the way, I was with my mom, dad, older sister, younger sister, and my nearly 70-year-old grandmother. This is important information for later.) We walked down Sunset Blvd. I wasn't even looking where I was going. I was just looking at the Tower. When we got to it, the Standby wait was ridiculous, so we got a Fastpass, and (since there was a short wait) we tried:

Rock 'n Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith The queue is pretty boring until you get inside. There it is air-conditioned and there is a lot of stuff to look at. Everyone needs to clap for me: I did the annoying "rattle-the-marbles-on-the-door" thingy!! Yoo!! Oh yeah. Pre-show was cool, then we went "outside" to the station. The launch is what makes this ride. We boarded....all of us....even my nearly 70-year-old grandmother. The ops gave the humbs-up and around the corner we drove to the traffic light. Oh darn, traffic is jammed! Let's crank some tunes! *green light* SCREEEEEEEEECH! Aerosmith blasting into our ears. Such a fun ride. Bought the on-ride picture. :)

What a coincidence. Just as we got off the ride, it was FastPass time!

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror As we approached the entrance, I saw the awesome sign that goes from "Hollywood Tower Hotel" to "Tower of Terror." My grandmother also rode this! Walking through the garden is fun, but the FastPass line was really short. We didn't meet the end of the line until just outside the lobby. We progressed, as the line moved up, through the lobby. Looking at all the cobwebs and relics can give you the creeps. Theme here is amazing. We were first in line for an elevator, so we stood right up front at the doors to the library before they opened. The library is, well, the library. The scariest thing that happened was that I was the closest to the "secret" door. So we then proceeded to the boiler room. Ooooh, creppy. We got on quickly. Our bellhop was funny. "Has everyone fastened their seatbelts? If not, oh well." Doors closed. Then the coolest visual effect happens. The corridor. You see the ghosts and then the windw floating is awesome. *CRASH* Go up more. Fifth dimension is pretty cool. Star field. Boom!......*silence*.......then, Up, down, all around, great ride.

We then headed to Magic Kingdom. We took the ferry. I like the ferry more than the monorail, at least for arriving to MK. There is more anticipation upon riding the ferry.

Tomorrowland Transit Authority
Personally, I love this ride. A great feet-rester. Space Mountain was down all day and we saw (OMG!) Space Mountain with the lights on! I kept thinking "I am not worthy!"

Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
Enjoyable ride. I remember that I got a pretty good score, but no matter what I can never get as good a score as my little sister. Maybe I should leave the trigger down and just point the gun at crazy places like she does ;).

Stitch's Great Escape
An enjoyable ride, but isn't even in the same league as Alien Encounter was. The differences? New cartoony characters, the "burp" thing, gay voice-overs of "people in the audience," and not scary, ever. The ride is supposed to be pre-Hawaii, yet he calls himself Stitch. Didn't Lilo name him? :)

Enchanted Tiki Room
A classic ride, but nothing to fun about it. It's nice. I used to be terrified of the lady person thing. Not anymore though. I'm a big boy now ;).

Pirates of the Carribean
This ride is probably one of my favorite Disney classics. It's fun to walk through the queue, you get in, and the ride practically starts off with a drop!

Splash Mountain
Although the three IOA water rides are great, this one takes the cake as my favorite water ride in the world. Great splashes, great fun, heck yeah.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
My favorite mine train. I had never ridden it before. I didn't know it had a dual-station! Very cool ride.

Country Bear Jamboree
I don't like country music, but this is fairly entertaining. Big Al is the best part. I must admit, a few parts are boring. I caught a few winks. But it is nice, I promise!

Haunted Mansion
I had never ridden this before and after seeing the movie, I had to ride. So much fun! Why did I never ride this!? It's great! I could ride again and again. We got the fat hitchhiker (lol). I wish I had ridden this more. Oooh, the floating candle was cool too. :)

Mickey's Philharmagic
BEST......4-D......SHOW......EVER!!! Disney has a real winner here. This show is amazing! On your first time, a few things will make you jump *cough* wine bottles *cough*. But, man, I laughed the whole time. This is truly a must-see.

Dumbo the Flying Elephant
Classic. Just plain fun. As a kid I cried on it. Once again, I'm a big boy now.

it's a small world
A pretty good ride. I love the new color scheme. They added a lot to the new version.

Peter Pan's Flight
I must say, this ride was REALLY fun. A neat technology. You come REALLY close to everything. I think I even touched the mountain. :)

Mad Tea Party
This is my family's ride. I (once again, darn it) cried on this ride. I REALLY didn't like it as a kid. Now I love it. I might get pics up of us on the ride later.

We then saw Wishes and SpectroMagic shows, and called it a day. One of the best days of my life. Out. -Shamu
