Looked up all parks in Belgium and saw nothing of the sort.

That's a really tough one! With a bit of Rcdb to look up the major parks and track and google maps to match the bricks, I think I may have the answer! Is it Anubis at Plopsaland de Panne? I may be wrong, but it's a good challenge anyway!
