Wow, that's pretty crazy. Are you going to use real water?

*Adding final touches to the ride so we can film it and make a nice presentation!*

I'll make instructions for certain parts or mechanisms of the ride. Still I'd like to keep some things a secret until the final video is out. Today we've tested the ride another time, this time the two pumps are both receiving a full 1.6 Amps due to our custom power source. This way the water is flowing very well. The critical point is where the boat exits the lift into the track: Due to its weight sometimes it tends to capsize (reason why the video was cut)
So, perhaps I'll make a construction thread at the end, but at KnexFlux.net, the other forum, there are already some extra pictures.

Really awesome! Looks like it needs a little bit more water flow. Any plans to increase it?

This was with two pumps that were powered with 1.1 and 1.3 Amp respectively (they're rated 1.5 Amp) We've got 2, 12V, 6A Switch mode Power Supplies now (in a fancy looking box) able to power up to 3 K'NEX motors and 3 Pumps. So now the pumps are receiving their full 1.5 Amps, which they demand and the water level has increased tremendously! The water was splashing so hard against the plastic that most of it flew out if we weren't careful with positioning the water beams. It's going great, but we had to change the layout of the track a little, because the lift to track change was difficult and the boat would tip over. Hope to finish this weekend, if possible!

That looks awesome!!!
I'd suggest strapping some tubes to the bottom of the channel, to increase turbulance, and create the rapids effect.
