Batman: The Ride

This K'nex roller coaster is a recreation of the first 4D free spinning roller coaster called "Batman: The Ride." It is located in Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas.This model is 29 in. (73.99 cm) tall, 63 in. (160.02 cm) long, and 12.5 in. (31.75 cm) wide. The car flips about six times throughout the layout. It uses realistic tubular supports which are arranged just like the real ride. Many challenges arose while building Batman, such as not having enough speed, supports which were too weak, and many others.It took roughly 20 hours from March 31st, 2015 to April 17th, 2015 to make Batman and an uncounted amount of additional hours to adjust and fine tune the model. The finished project uses almost 1,500 pieces!This was a ton of fun to build and i got a lot of positive feedback at the showcasing of Batman.
