Hi everyone

I found a person relatively close by who's selling his k'nex.
It's rather much of it, but he's a bit vague as to it's contents.
I have seen a picture of it and it is a lot.

The advertisement said it contains 50 kilo's.
And should contain at least these sets:
2 12V motors
3 ballfactories (presumebally BBF)
3 blue boxes
2 black boxes
1 red box
1 roller coaster

I offered 150 euro already, but he says the bid is on 600. (I think he means the price he wants and not a different bet).

So what price do you think this is worth?
or what are the prices on the various sets mentioned?

well... 1 new ss set is around 6-7 kilos and costs +/- €80 and 7 goes 7 times in 50 kilos and 7x €80= €560 for NEW knex so i would'nt give more then 300-350

80 euros? Then you obviously haven't look very far. You can still get them for 30 euros.

He's talking about new prices.

They aren't sold any more so those prices became pretty much irrelevant.

No one's ever gonna bid 600 euro's for a K'nex lot. I'd personally stick with 150, that's already a whole lot if you ask me.

I already offered 250, but not going much higher.

if you buy it, you need a whole day to sort the pieces

That's the problem, he's so vague about it. I'm trying to find it out.
He's trying to sell something for a load of money, but he isn't doing a good job as a salesman.
Think I'll point out that the missing instruction manuals take the price down. And he sees high sale prices on the internet, but that's stuff that doesn't get sold because they ask too much.
