A few weeks ago i went on vacation to France, it was a great vacation and i had a lot of fun. I went to Aqualand, a Kart parcours and i did a lot more. My parents said that we would go to Europa Park in the Autumn vacation or after the vacation in France.

So, the last night in France was a bit strange, because i didn't knew if i would go to Europa Park after the vacation. When my dad came to me at the disco (on the camping) he said that he'd booked a Tipi in Europa Park and 3 daytickets. So i knew that i would be going to Europa Park!!!

Well, after a 720km drive i saw this:

Yes, that is Silverstar: the highest coaster of Europe (untill 2012)
So we drove to the Tipi's and checked in. We went to the tipi, this is what it looked like:

So the next morning we woke up at 7.30am and we ate something. Then we went to the entrance of the Park. It was 8.50am and there were a lot of people waiting to get in the park, 100's of people i can tell you. When the doors opened everyone began walking really fast to get to the first attraction as fast as possible. I and my daddy walked fast to:

We were one of the first people of the day to ride this awesome coaster. We only had to wait 5 minutes to get in. The lift is quite fast, and after the lift comes the first drop. It was pure awesome-ness. Then we rode the rest of the parcours, and the trims were almost off, we couldn't really feel them :D

After this ride we moved on to the Matterhorn Blitz. I was told that the lines would be really long in the afternoon. It was still morning and we only had to wait 15 minutes to get in. The lift is awesome, and the parcours isn't that special, but it is a lot of fun! When we came out there was a row of 40 minutes already 0.0

So we took the monorail to the next part of the park, the homeplace of the Atlantica Supersplash and Blue Fire! We went straight to Blue Fire, it had a row of 20 minutes. The coaster looks beautiful, and you can see a lot of it from the queue. The launch is really smooth, just as the rest of the ride. The final roll is just so awesome, you can feel a lot of forces in that roll. It was even better than Silver Star IMO.

So, we went further and went to Euromir. I was told that this coaster would be quite good, so i was excited. The ride itself is really powerfull, especially when you ride it backwards. But it was too bad that you could feel some kinks in the track :( But the ride itself was really cool!

After that we went to Volo da Vinci, it was a nice ride with awesome cars:

It started to get hot, so we went to Greece, the homeplace of Poseidon! This watercoaster looks really good, and the theming is just as the theming on the other rides: Awesome!
The coaster isn't really smooth at some points, but that was OK to me. The 1st drop was quite cool, but the 2nd one was a lot better. The ride itself is good enough to do it twice!

Then i wanted to go in Eurosat. The queue music made me crazy, but it was a cool coaster. The ride itself is rather painfull at some parts, because the whole coaster is in the dark. But it was a really cool experience!

After eating we went another time in Silverstar and Bluefire. But unfortunaly we had to go home, because we still had to drive 650km, and it was already 5.00pm :( So i said goodbye to the awesome coasters and we went home.....

Ride count:

Silverstar: 2x
Blue Fire: 2x
Euromir/sat: 1x
Matterhorn Blitz: 1x
Poseidon: 1x
Monorail: 1x
4d theater: 1x
Volo da Vinci: 1x

Oh yeah, i also have some pictures of the new coaster for 2012:

Next time please resize your photos before uploading them. It took forever to load the page! (The images only resize on this page AFTER they have been loaded entirely, the size is still the same!)

Volo Da Vinci is actually the newest ride this year, too bad you didn't get to do all the coasters...
