I think it could either be The Fugitive by FastmanXC, because fugitives tend to speed and then make excuses when they get caught, or Formula Rossa by TK, for going insanely fast over the first launch and being the fastest launcher in the World (the real thing).

My final guess: Formula Rossa by TK
