There's not much point to this, but I can foresee some entertainment. It might be an idea to edit in after how close their guess was.
e.g.
1) next person: (guesses how much i have)
2) person after: guesses how much person above has
3) repeat step 2 infinitely.
v Sorta close, I guess.
Guess how much K'nex the person above has.

But I agree with bart, this isn't much fun if you don't learn the total of the person above you. How about we use spoilers, you post your guess, then look at the spoiler, reveiling how many they actually have.
