You posted this in the wrong subforum. This is clearly not a K'NEX question, so why post it in a K'NEX subforum? *moved*
You seem to be asking two questions. Which Six Flags park in California is the best and which park in California to go to. Well, there is only Discovery Kingdom (San Fransisco region) and Magic Mountain (Los Angeles region). But there is more than just these two parks.

I am just going to answer the question since I haven't really heard it be asked before. My favorite Six Flags park would have to be Six Flags Over Georgia. Sure Great Adventure and Magic Mountain if you are looking just for coasters, but overall atmosphere and quality of rides, SFOG really took me by surprise.
Maybe I am a little biased since I am a newly inaugurated Goliath fanboy, but they have a lot of other solid coasters in MindBender, DDD, and the Scorcher.

If you're looking to stay in California, go to Magic Mountain for sure (big surprise hearing that from me, eh). The atmosphere is a bit lacking compared to other parks, but if you're a coaster enthusiast you'll be in heaven.

I would go to SFMM if I were you. I've been there a couple of times and the coasters there are unbelievable! Also, they have some pretty good flat rides too!

Its normal for me to suggest to go to SFMM.But wait til after memorial Day Weekend! Lex Luthor: Drop of Doom is slated to open May 18! If you dont know what the heck that is then I'll tell you: Lex Luthor is a Intamin Drop Tower and it hold the record for the World's Tallest and Fastest Drop Tower at 400ft and it drops at about 85mph.
But There is another Six Flags up near San Fransisco! Six Flags Discovery Kingdom! Its a beautiful and Wonderful Park where it is a Theme Park,Zoo,and Aquarium combined! I love that park. :3
