Finally my annual trip to cedar point. Drove all morning and was in fhe just before 10. Got 2 rides on milennium force by 10:05. Then headed to maverick. (Passed the swings shich are not put back together yet) now walking onto meanstreaks platform. I will update as i go thru the parvvsk and will post pi tures as soon as i can get flickr to work for me.

Ques have not been too bad while we have been here. Usually 1-4 trains and then you can board.
Mean streak is still a wooden coaster, but you can definately tell that they have put a lot of track work into the ride. While last year they had replaced alot of structure lumber, this year alot of the track lumber was replaced, and also I saw several new guides dropped in which made for a smoother (not smooth, just smoother) ride.
Also of interesting note about the park, in case you did not know the Wildcat has been moved so the Iron Dragon Mid-way is very different now. And while riding the Mean streak in the middle on the ground were cars from the wildcat and also the blue train (I think train #3) from Gemini was sitting there.
Also of mention, the park is holding true on trying to run full trains on all rides. Aside from Gemini which is running 4 of the 6 trains, all trains seem to running on the rides (I will update if I notice anything not running this way) (Maverick had all 6 trains out, Millinium had all 3 out, and Mena streak had all 6 out)

well my annual trip to Cedar Point is complete.

Lines where short, the weather was amazing and I would say almost everything was operating and going smoothly. I feel like this is one of the better staff training's I have noticed over the years of visiting the park in pre-season (excellent job CP, let's see this again next year). I rode all the coasters minus Corkscrew (just never made it that way this year) and also yet again I did not ride Wind Seeker, it is not really on the top of my list of rides, but it closed down when I was in the area to ride it, oh well I will ride it sometime.

If anyone has any questions or is looking for a specific update let me know.

I like the pictures a lot! The two pictures of Raptor seem the best to me, very colorful and it gives you quite a nice overview. I guess you've had a wonderful time in Cedar Point !
