Carowinds has changed their policy for special needs guests so they now must wait the same amount of the they would in line before they can board the ride. Recently a scam has been found where people with disabilities will get payed to lead family's around a park so they can skip the lines. This will hopefully eliminate this from happening at Carowinds. What is your opinion on this? Good move or bad move? Would you do it a different way? Do you think Disney should do this?

That's a bit off..
Do they have ramps to every station in the regular queues?
I'd like to see them have a system where a disabled person could prove via Photo ID that the people with them are family or friends and then be allowed to wait at the back entrance to rides.
No idea how you can prove friendship though..
