Well, my trip started with me heading to Tampa to meet up with Brandon and a trip to BGT. We got to ride Cheetah Hunt, Montu and Kumba only once each and it started to pour around 3, and with the park being flooded we left and went to Brandon's house.

The next day, which was Sunday, involved us driving to Atlanta in his Mom's Toyota Highlander.
The hotel was nice, and it didn't have many people in it. Here's some pics of our room:

The very nice view:

And our cute little kitchen:

We endured some Physics at the camp, along with an Egg Drop challenge (Which was successful, YEAH!!). And then Wednesday came:

SFOG

The day began with me waking up at about 6:30, rolling out of bed, showering, booting Brandon out of the bed and then going down to Breakfast. After Breakfast we left the Residence Inn and headed to the Georgia Tech campus. Here we waited in the car loop near one of the many Engineering buildings for about 20 minutes or so, and a Tech Trolley (One of the campuses shuttle buses) picked us up and we were on our way.

We got to the park at about 9:45 and we received a briefing from our camp instructors to stay with our group and meet at the Carrot Club, a Looney Toons themed resturant, at 1:00 PM.

Posted Image

We entered the park to find that the way to Goliath was closed so we rode Georgia Scorcher which had no line:
Posted Image

And then at exactly 10:30 the man in the vest said we could go and it was a mad dash to be the first people to get to the massive Orange Hyper coaster. We approached it being very out of breath. There was a woman standing out front that said the ride would be closed for the next few hours. Then Brandon, Daniel, Nick and I sprinted to the back of the park.

We got 2 rides on Superman in the front and the back rows.
Posted Image

And then GASM, in the front and back as well. (New favorite wooden coaster :D)
Posted Image

Then to Ninja which was horrible and immensely rough.

Posted Image

Then to Sky Screamer, which was an awesome ride.
Posted Image

in the queue we noticed that GASM had broken down and there were people on the lift hill.
Posted Image

And finally at 12:15 we went to Arachnophobia which had a short wait and we rode it. Freaking awesome ride.

Then after we tried to find the Carrot Club, walked right past it, went to the other side of the park, where we met up with more Campmates, and we found a park worker who directed us to the Carrot Club. At this resturant we enjoyed soda, a Chicken sandwhich, some baked beans, and some air (Lays chips). I didn't overeat knowing we'd be back later...

Then we walked out of the park, getting some needed video of Georgia Cyclone for the Camp. I grabbed 6 park maps and we got on the Tech Trolley. We headed back to the camp and we got off the Tech Trolley and hopped into Brandon's Highlander. (We had to go back to GT but we didn't feel that 3 and a half hours was enough time in the park.)

Brandon and I returned to the park and we immediately went straight to Goliath.
Posted Image

But, the queue was long and we didn't want to wait 45 minutes. We then went to Gotham city (Our second attempt, we went with Daniel and Nick earlier but Batman was broken down and Mindbender has a really long queue.) We realized that Batman was open and we waited 30 minutes to ride.

Posted Image

A very intense coaster if I may say so my self. I grayed out after the second loop and I thought the pullout was too small.

And then... Mindbender :D
Posted Image

Front ROWWW
Posted Image

Then we went to Goliath and waited 20 minuted for back row. Definitely a very good choice.
Posted Image

And then Dare Devil Dive. My first Eurofighter. Not anything too special. It was okayyy.
Posted Image

And then back to Goliath for 3rd row. This would be my last ride of the day.
Posted Image

Then we wound up at Georgia Cyclone and rode in the 2nd car 1st row. A very fun coaster. Here's the queue:
Posted Image

On the way to GASM we decided to wait 10 minutes to get the mine train credit. Not SFOG's best ride. It has: No banked turns, no padded seats, and it has a lot of sharp spots, and very low clearence. (The kids behind us hit their hands on the roof for the trasfer track, they were probably 11 or 12)
And then, with the sun setting, we went to GASM to find a long line.
Posted Image

I got a good shot of Superman, but the queue was long and i didn't ride again.
Posted Image

And Ninja again because the line was so short:
Posted Image

Look at the queue!!!
Posted Image

And then Mindbender once more for back row.
Posted Image

Ahhh, YEAHHH!
Posted Image

Some shots of Goliath I took while Brandon was in the queue and I was shopping around for shirts.

Overall, SFOG was the best park I've ever been to. It has awesome coasters, great theming, and good food!

Looks like you had fun! :) And by the way those pictures are really nice! Oh and that's like the first picture I've seen where Ninja's butterfly is clearly seen from that angle.

I'm not done building yet.

Yep, you told me. You wanna do it again next year?

All the coasters there were fun. DDD was incredibly smooth.

We did. Which picture is it exactly?

Sorry, guy. I completely forgot to put the SFFT trip report up. I'll start now.

So my parents picked me up just south of Atlanta on the Friday when camp ended. Then we drove north back through Atlanta and we stopped just west of Missouri for the night. And now I could go in detail with this 2 and a half weeks of the trip, but no. We did visit Bryce, Zion, Canyon Lands, the north rim of the Grand Canyon, and Page Arizona. There were some other National Parks we went to, but I can't remember them.

Now;

SFFT

In San Antonio we got lost and ended up driving down the road that's right next to Steel Eel At Sea World.
Posted Image

But we did end up getting back to the camper. :D

We started the day parking in the most practical spot. (Our truck is jutting out on the left.)
Posted Image

We waited about 20 minuted with all the other sweaty people to enter the park. We walked around in a counter clockwise motion. We passed Goliath, Boomerang, Iron Rattler and finally we got to Superman which was the first open ride we could find. We rode in the back row first I believe and the first drop is just incredible. It ended up creeping up to number 2 on my list, bumping Kumba down to 3.
Posted Image

After we rode that twice, we went to the Topspin.

You can see me in the photo. I am in the middle :D.

4th one from the right in this picture:

Then we got off that. Eew. We were going to go to Pandemnium, a spinning coaster. But I couldn't figure out how to get to it.
SO we went to Poltergeist, my second launched coaster. This ride is horrifying. It feels like theres about -5 inches clearance on just about every portion of the ride. I kept my hand down.

My mom rode with me the first time. I told her that this was a launched coaster. She didn't know that it launched right out of the station, though.
She didn't ride with me the second time.
Gee, I didn't take any photos of Poltergeist.

Then we went to Goliath. Which made my parents gray out. For the first time in their lives.
Posted Image

Then to Boomerang, which had finally opened.
We rode in the middle car, first row. Probably not the most awesome idea because thats where the chaindog was...
Posted Image

Posted Image

We lef the park to reapply sunscreen.
Posted Image

And then went on Goliath once more.
Posted Image
Posted Image

And then we went to Superman again for 2 more rides.

Just as a reminder; ALL coasters were walk ons, if not 5 minute waits all day.

Then we rode the little raft ride twice which gave me some nice photos. Such a shame to see a coaster and not be able to ride it.

In front of the Iron Rattler queue entrance:

We then went to Sky Screamer and rode it twice. Once with my dad and once with my mom.
Posted Image

Then I finally figured out ho to get to Pandemonium. Such an awesome coaster. The first time my mom and I rode it we span around like nuts because there were two small kids across from us.

Then at the end of the day my totals were:
Superman - 6
Rating 9.8/10

Goliath - 2
Rating 6.5/10

Pandemonium - 2
Rating 9/10

Boomerang - 1
Rating 7.5/10

Poltergeist - 2
Rating 8/10

Then that little coaster by Iron Rattler which is really fun (I managed leave out some stuff including this. Sorry) - 2
Rating 8.5/10 (For a children's coaster)

Got some awesome shots of Goliath as I was leaving the park.

Posted Image

Posted Image

Just to add in We rode the Bugs Bunny flume ride once, the Scooby Doo shooting ride once, the raft ride twice. And I rode the Roadrunner coaster twice before we ate lunch at a really nice place that showed cartoons.
That's it. Thanks for reading!

The day before Rattler re-opened... My condolences, good sir. (Although, now you have a great reason on why to go back.)
