This is my Knex Windseeker and has a non-turning tower. This ride uses power drill to go up and down and two green motors to spin it. This may be the tallest fixed tower (non-spinning tower) built standing at 8.5 feet or 8.85 feet tall including the ball at the top. This ride also introduces LED technology used to light up the tower on both sides. The LED strip used is a Dreamcolor 5m bought on Amazon.

*DUE TO SSCoasters not working on my computer- i have ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to put pics into photobucket and upload to here, and it gets way to time consuming doing it on my Ipod. So here is my video on youtube and no pictures right now due to that reason!:'(
**DO NOT HATE ME FOR it because of my computer, so don't expect much from me until i get a solution. :'(

Hopefully see y'all soon!
Somehow my ipod posted this twice. SORRY!

Somehow my Ipod Posted it twice.

***Ohh i dont know how my Ipod shook since i only touched twice for the camera!! TeeHee

Wow, this is really impressive! I don't know if you have seen my attempt to recreate a Star Flyer/Windseeker (which was once 'working'), but this is looking much better if I'm honest. Especially because it turns so smoothly and it is lifted rather quickly. Did you actually use a counterweight?

I have started on a new Star Flyer design btw...

Your windseeker does not only rotate really smoothly, it also looks very good. The LED's are definitely a cool addition to the ride. At first, I thougth I was looking at the real Windseeker with some bad-ass LED lights on the tower, but it appeared to be your K'NEX recreation. ;)
