So I've been building in secret and well I need Ideas for the 180º turn back whatever it is called. I'm planning on entering the Summer Heat. It is tall enough. (Barely) So pics!

I like it, but as Jayke said, it needs more track to support connections.
The structure on this is so dense that it looks more like a woodie than a steel hyper.

Is there anything that says you can't enter a woodie, as long as the other requirements are met? For the turnaround, I've always adored this element. Tho it looks really difficult to shape.

The big coaster contest will challenge you to build a hyper coaster. Your coaster must feature a drop of at least 4 gray rods. Your coaster must also use a traditional chain lift. No launches, and no inversions allowed. And to add a touch of realism, your hyper coaster must include a minimum of 4 block sections (including station, lift, brakes, etc.). It's important to note that these block sections do not need to be automated, or even work, but at least four must be present.

Hmmm... ;)

I like that element too.

Nope, no rule against it. Someone asked and The Stig replied:

Yes. Go on with your hyper woodie.

Sorry for DP.

Update time! (You didn't think I cancelled it did you?)

So, after a week long vacation, and my sister graduation party, I get to build. (YAY!) I added a lame 180º turn. The other one was too hard. The supports aren't finalized, especially those under the MCBR. I've built my first MCBR and it was harder than I expected it to be. I had to raise the first red gears and remove the middle tubing, and it worked. I think I'll have to do more reshaping and lubing as this coaster has fallen over and gotten squashed, strechted, and dropped numerous time. I've also included a test video. Enjoy. (Come on, more comment more on this than Grommit's ;))

Triple Post. UGH UGH UGH (SOMEONE COMMENT!)

So I added two bunny hills, followed by a banked turn. But I sorta copied IOAgeek's base for his turn into an inclined BR, so if he doesn't want me to use it, I won't. I also supported the MCBR more, as well as adding a platform. I used an old broken flex so they would fit better.

IOAgeek's to compare. (Is mine too similar?)

If you didn't say it that you copied IOAgeek's turn I had'nt notice it probably. Everything looks fine to me, but all your pullouts/in of the hills are way to small. You will save much speed if you make them larger.

It's fine. Plenty of people make similar elements. Nobody has special rights to a certain shape. Build whatever element you want.

I think it looks good. The shaping is fine, but I would like to see the pullouts be larger if you have enough pieces. It would look more realistic.

I personally really like it.

It reminds me of an "older build" and the airhills make me think of one of my first coasters Phoenix. Yeah, maybe the steepness of the airhills are unrealistic, but who cares? I think they look great.

Update time. I would change the hills to make them more realistic, but I'm too lazy and I think I would lose the motivation to build, and wouldn't be able to enter the contests. And I don't feel like adding pics at the moment because my phone is at 2% battery. Everyone who builds outside, what do you do with your motors? Like when it rains? Do you just disconnect all them, even if they are connected to some automation like the station? Or do you use a tarp and put it over it and hope for the best?

I like how many hills you fit in after the mid-course brake run. Speaking of the MCBR...it bugs me that the SS motor slides up and down. Why not secure it?
