On the 17th of July we drove from Kelayres to Hatfield, where Rodon and K'NEX are situated. We started with a tour through the Rodon factory. It was very interesting to see how the pieces are manufactured.

Look at all those clips
This picture shows the green plastic particles that will be turned into VV track
The factory produces both classic K'NEX and Micro K'NEX
Does anyone want a white rod?
Baxter is a robot who sorts pieces. The cool thing about Baxter is that he shows emotions. Baxter knows when someone is standing in front of him.
25% of what Rodon produces is K'NEX
Thanks for the tour through your factory Rodon! It is good to see that the production of K'NEX pieces is back in the USA.
After the tour through Rodon we immediately went to the K'NEX factory. It was awesome to see the place where all the sets are designed. We also had a lunch with the designers. We discovered that it is very hard to design a good set. The customers - like Wal-Mart - need a good set but a low price, the kids need to like the set, etc.

Awesome!
Such a great entrance

One of the sets that are displayed in the office, a place where K'NEX can be found everywhere.

Thanks for the tour K'NEX!
