From the K'NEX headquarter we moved on to Huntingdon, where Elijah's uncle, aunt and two nephews live. Later that afternoon also Elijah's parents arrived in Huntingdon on their motorbikes.
The next day we drove from Huntingdon to Washtington D.C. We drove in the Subaru WRX and Elijah's parents on their bikes. There was a horrible traffic jam on the 95, so the bike of Elijah's mom got overheated. We stopped somewhere in Delaware, but on the parking spot a guy in a pick-up truck hit the bike of Elijah's dad. After they did some of the paperwork and the necessary repairs, we moved on. However, five minutes after we departed, Elijah accidently hit the back of the car in front of us as we were waiting at a junction. After half a day of driving, bad luck and accidents, we finally arrived at the hotel just outside Washington D.C.
After a nice breakfast we had in the hotel, we moved towards the citry centre of Washington D.C. We parked the car and we walked to National Space and Air Museum. We saw rockets and airplanes from both the USA and the rest of the world. We also saw an airplane which had been designed by a Dutchman with the fantastic name Fokker. We also visited the National Museum of American History, which was very interesting museum.
We continued to all the monuments and government-buildings in Washington D.C. We saw the United States Capitol from a distance and then we walked towards the White House. We also took a look at the Vietnam War Monument, Second World War Monument, Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument. It was very impressive to see all these museums, monuments and buildings in a fairly small area.
On our way back to the hotel we had dinner at a restaurant. The next day, Elijah's parents drove back to Vermont and we drove to Six Flags America. We knew that Six Flags America was not the best park of all the Six Flags parks, but we were shocked to see in which condition the park was. We did not feel comfortable or safe in the Six Flags America, so we did all the rides we wanted and then we immediately drove back to the hotel.

2014 Trip Park Count:
6. Six Flags America
2014 Trip Coaster Count and Opinion:
SIX FLAGS AMERICA
43. Apocalypse: A relatively small B&M Stand-Up which was not as rough as expected. It was an enjoyable ride.
44. Joker's Jinx: Joker's Jinx was a fantastic ride. It was way better than Flight of Fear in Kings Island.
45. Roar: This GCI woodie did not meet my high expectations. It was rougher than I expected, but that does not mean that Roar is a bad coaster. It was OK, but not more than that.
46. Superman - Ride of Steel: This coaster is known for the straight parts and oversupported helixes. The drop is fantastic and the hills give ejector airtime. The helixes are fun, but they make you grey out pretty badly. It is a fun coaster, so we rode it several times.
47. Wild One: We did not have to wait in line for too long, so we went on it. This woodie is pretty rough and it has a classic out-and-back lay-out.
