I have completed the construction of my first coaster,

LEGION. It is a sit-down coaster using only

one set with one inversion. The elements of the coaster go as follows:

1. 36 inch tall lift hill.

2. 34 inch drop with an 8 inch verticle

segment.

3. 13 inch half loop left.

4. Half inline twist

(zero-g roll)

5. Overbank turn into 270 degree helix, then it goes around

again.

It is not an amazing coaster but it is only my first. I was just glad it

worked!!!

BTW, my camera is awful so please

don't make any comments about how bad the photos are.

Also, can

anyone guess why I named it LEGION?

It looks good! :D I like the Helix

best! :D

The loop looks a little small though.

The loop started out as a cobra roll, and I gave up on

that quickly and changed it to a loop in line twist thingy. The coaster barely has enough

speed to get around because I wasn't originally going to include the helix but it

looked too short so I added it. The helix was easily the most difficult part to make ( I

think that may be an oxymoron), I had to remake it several times to get it to work.

The chainlift is the same as the original ss but I changed the drop.

Anyone know why I named it, it has to do with the bible...

um that Immelman counts as 1 inversion and

an overbank is indeed not an inversion

Anyone

know why I named it, it has to do with the bible...

A man in the Bible was

possessed by a group of demons called Legion until Jesus cast them into a herd of

swine and they went into the sea. Is that it?

Oh yeah, your coaster looks

pretty awesome. That's a very creative layout and very impressive for only

using one set.
