I'm making a recreation of the wooden coaster at Puyallup Fair in Wisconsin. It will probably finish in a few weeks. So far, I have the structure of the last turn, and the top of the lifthill done.

I like it really much, the turn looks freaking awesome, and how did you
get those grey rods? Are they from the Shark Run Rollercoaster?

I finally finished the lifthill. (Wooden coasters take forever to build.) Now I'm going to start the first drop that will connect the lifthill to the other structure. Jens, if you're talking about the white flexi-rods, they're from Shark Run.

Try to lower the railing because it doesnt really look like the real Coaster Thrill Ride. I know it whas hard to make but you could change the yellow rods for dark blue rods (I mean on the top of the lifthill).

I'm going to redo the whole drop. After studing the real coater for a while, I realized how horrible it looked. Also, does anyone want me to make the railing bend out like the real railing?

The railings look weird to me. On the lift and the drop, the railings only look to be parallel with the top of the cross-tie.

Use flexi-rods for railing.

BTW, this is the most realistic woodie EVER!

Looks good. I think the problem is on one of the rail connections in the middle of the drop. That is the only one that bends and the others are straight. I think you should just bend the rails like you did on the lift, but make straight rails everywhere else. Try lowering them a bit also. good effort.

^^that would look dumb. this is more realistic to a wooden coaster than bent railings.

I fixed the drop, and I think it looks a lot better now. I'm not going to make the railing bend out. Hopefully tomorrow I'll finish the next part of the drop.
