Windows movie maker doesn't do animations. Its only good for movies.

I use Microsoft Image Composer 1.5, but it hasn't been re-installed on my new computer

Au contraire, you can make animations in WMM, you just need to do it in frames. It gets annoying making each individual frame, but the end result is completely worth it.

^^Wrong. It is still a MOVIE. But you can make it frame by fram and you can call it an animation, but it won't ever work like a siggy. I once made a movie for math class using paint(frame by frame), and WMM. I really should post that it's frigin amazing...

^No, It comes with adobe photoshop. rather expensive.
^^I don't know any programs, but once you've saved it as a file you can upload it at photobucket and copy the IMG code.

Sorry if I'm butting in on your topic here, but I have my desired sig. I saved it as a .swf file and put it in to putfile. Do I upload it as an image?

click here to see it: http://media.putfile...torm-runner-sig
do you see it say TBS in big letters over the screen on your computer?
