Yesterday I went to Michigan's Adventure with my 7th grade class. We got there around 11:15 and got in the park easily. I used my season pass and made everyone jealous. I will try to keep this short with a summary of each ride.

Shivering Timbers: This ride has the best airtime ever. I love it so much. A cool thing about it is it gets rougher as the ride progresses. It never lets up. In my oppinion, I think it is somewhat like the Voyage, from what I heard. This was our first ride and our last ride too. We rode it over and over at the end of the day though. They closed for lightning at 5:45 but luckily reopened long enough to get two rides.

Wolverine Wildcat: This is a pretty wild ride. The capacity isn't the best though(one train operation). The only bad thing it's slow on the turns.

Sea Dragon: There aren't many good flats at the park. The swinging ship is one of the best.
Total rides: 2

Big Dipper: Last time I was there, I didn't ride this. It was very rough but it was worth the extra coaster credit.

Zach's Zoomer: This ride may be small, but it is wilder than you would think. It doesn't really have any good airtime though.
Total rides: 1

Mad Mouse: This is a smooth coaster for a wild mouse. I sat in back and it kind of hurt on the bunny hills.

Lunch: I had Mini corndogs, a Pepsi, and french fries.

Corkscrew: There is no better way to settle your stomach than to ride an Arrow coaster! We were all in pain when we got off, but we were fine.

Timbertown Railway: We rode the train on our journey to Grand Rapids. It was quite slow, especially loading.

Grand Rapids: I felt dumb after this. We all got SOAKED! It was a great water ride though. It spun you a lot and made it unpredictible. It got a little cold waiting on the lift up.

Adventure Falls: We were already wet, so we decided to just do another water ride. It wasn't worth it though.

At this point, we went back to Shivering Timbers for the rest of the day. Me and my friends got the most rides out of the whole grade on ST. We left to go home at 6:45. We all had a great time.

Cool, was it just a end-of-the-year thing or was it for some math/science day thing? I remember going to PKI in the 6th grade.

Geez, you rode ST twelve times?! That is really cool. Sounds like you had fun!

On Friday our 8th grade goes to Great Adventure. Ima ride KK as soon as I get there - or get in line at least! 2 Days till then - w00t!

Smooth wild mouse? I've only ridden the one at California Adventure, but that ones silky smooth.

^^^This was an end of the year thing. I haven't had a physics class yet. I want one though.

^^I hope you have fun on KK. The launch is incredible.

^ It was a good lunch. About the wild mouse, I have only been on this one and the one at Hershey. I think the one at Hershey was a different manufacturer, but it was bumpy and really jerky. I would have gone on the one at DorneyPark, but the line was not worth the ride.
