Or you could push F10 (If I remember correctly) and that should take a screen shot and you will find the screen shots in "My Pictures".

a bit of a problem..... when I try to upload my pics it says 'file type not yet supported' how do I change the pics to a file type that is supported? (is it to put them in paint? I put them in Paint shop pro)

Save them as .jpg and size it down to about 800x600 and it should all be good.

All I have to do is finish the supports and do the lighting.
Of course, the tophat supports are proving to be quite a pain.
