Once the car is at the bottom of the hill, it gets stuck right near the motor abd belt at the bottom of the hill, then if u push on it to go up it will catch and click like 5 times then it goes up normally, what do i have to do so it does everything automatically

The front car doesnt have a chain dog. Thats why it wasnt going anywhere.
