Hey everyone. It's definitely been a while since I've done something around here. It's my first year of mechanical engineering at the University of Toronto, which is challenging (especially so since the university is known internationally for its high standards) and requires tons and tons of work to be done everyday. But in other news, I have an interest again to build another coaster and since I have a one week break coming up next weekend, construction will begin then. I will try to finish it in the one week since I really won't have time after, but I know I can do it as long as I don't need to buy pieces, which I'm pretty sure I won't. It will be an inverted coaster (big of course, that's how I build). That's about all I can tell you for now cause that's all I've thought of so far, but I'll keep you posted on what's happening when construction starts.

yeah a inverted coaster sounds great!
but in a week?
It took me that long and maybe even longer to build Avalanche.

Sounds great but a week will be really tough unless you work 24/7 but i think you can do it because your a great builder.

Are you going to try to beat the record of 8ft tall? You did say it would be high.....

Don't think I'll be breaking any heigh records. Maybe inversions or just the nicest looking coaster ever? I'm not going to use any boosters on this one.

Wow that will make it even more imprsive with no boosters so this could be one of if not the best invert of all time.

^ It's gonna be hard to beat Challenger. This will really test your skill. I bet you can do it seeing how amazing Minebuster and Bloodlust were. Good luck!

thank god no boosters. They took away from minebuster for me. But it still owned.

All I've got in mind is an Alpengeist drop right now. God I love that drop. I guess construction will start tomorrow or Saturday cause I still have to take down Minebuster.

^Oh my god that will take forever! That is if you take it down piece by piece. I would recycle it.

Alpengeist's dorp is awesome... that will be unique to see that on a knex coaster.

^It has always just been my favorite because of the layout & how smooth it was. I can't wait to see this coaster because I love inverts.

WHOA! Thats one sweet drop. I still think that winner goes to the Great Bear because of the helix at the top.

That drop is going to take up a lot of pieces. But you have a lot, so I would do it! That is going to look SO cool in knex form.

^^^very good point. The helix at the top rawks, so does the banking into the drop. Man I love that ride.
