This is a tutorial for mainly the older members because its is difficult. Coaster55 and I came up with this a while ago and thought it would be good to post it. So here it is.
The best way to get your coaster running to its full potential is making your track as strong as possible. Heres how Coaster55 and I do it.
First, Use a lot of cross ties on the track besides brake runs/ lifts.

Second, You have to quadruple tube you track. This will make your twists and transitions smoother and stronger. MAKE SURE YOU USE YOUR LONGEST PIECES OF TUBING. Splicing losses speed dramatically unless you do it right.

Third, while your making an element, use flexies like you would normally do. After you have completed it and it looks good, Exchange all the flexis with gray rods. Also make the bottom section of the crosstie have gray rods as well. Brown Connectors are SOMETIMES bad. Warning! Gray rods will not line up the same as the original flexies.

MAKE SURE TO LAYER THEM CORRECTLY. IF YOU DON'T YOU WILL LOSE SPEED BECAUSE IT CREATES A SHARP SPOT. Layer each about halfway in between the opposite side.
Layering looks like this,

After you have completed that, Go back and slide in gray rods into the small opening in the top of the crosstie. MAKE SURE TO LAYER THIS AS WELL! DO NOT TRY TO PUT THEM IN THE BOTTOM HOLE IN THE CROSSTIE IT WONT DO ANYTHING.

Finally, go back and support your coaster AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! If you support it weakly all of this will make your coaster worse. Make sure to put lateral supports as much as possible as well.

After all of this your track should look like this:

And if you are supporting a Zero-G or Heartline Roll, make sure to use this flexi method.

SPLICING
The best way to splice tubing is to use the VV mini parts. Just put it in like normal splice but make sure the two pieces of tubing are touching at all times. Also, make sure to put a small bit of clear strong scotch tape around it once or twice.

I think I covered it all, if not I will edit this post. Use this tutorial and Coaster55's Perfect Cars, and you will get the most speed and height out of all your elements.

I think that this will probably only work if you have at least 3 SS sets, that's just an estimate.

Great for box supported coasters. When it comes to tube supports though is is hard to just go back and change the flexis to grays. Still awesome otherwise...

The only problem with this is that every experienced builder will already have their own building style that works for them. I personally do not like the idea of using grey rods in places other that straight track, as it will eventually deform trakc and shape. But hey, that's just me. Glad you shared it though.

i've found that when i use gray rods for say a vertical loop, using strengtheners the track starts to bank, making the train wobble from side to side, i made a cobra roll and i,m using flexi strengtheners, so for every four crosstie ther's six flexi rods, and i layer my track
