Yea I'm recreating Behemoth. I have the max height at about 5.5 feet right now. I might end up making it 6 feet. I don't think I'll have much trouble with all the hills but, I think it will be the hammerhead and helix that will give me trouble. My main concern is space. I don't know how wide this will end up being so I'll move stuff around if i have to. Don't expect more than 2 updates until the middle of April. Although I'll probably go crazy not building so I might make more. I just made the pre-lift turn. So....here ya go.

YES! IT HAS STARTED!

Hopefully this will be very cool in the end. I'm REALLY looking forward to this: this maybe be even more groundbreaking than CC10's Nitro re-cre... 0_o

...more groundbreaking than CC10's Nitro? Get a grip...

Good luck, I think 6 feet would be the minimum for this bad boy. Better safe than sorry.

Groundbreaking is definitely the wrong word. Better? Maybe in opinion. But Nitro started the realistic mega-hyper for knex if i remember. It was like nothing seen before in size.

Igg: 6 feet minimum, at least 6 weighted car train too. You need as much energy and momentum as possible.

If MCM can get Apollo through its course, you can do this. Good luck & I have faith in you bro, your previous creations have been outstanding, and this (I hope), will add to that.

Actually its a very do-able layout. You will just have to make it tall enough. Honestly Apollos Chariot is probably more of a hassle do, because of the rising helix before the MCBR, as opposed to a downward one after the MCBR. I'm pretty sure you can do it, its just a matter of space, time, and pieces.

MaXair732865 (9:32:12 PM): im not going to post this, dont worry

^ That is exactly why i chose Behemoth over every other B&M coaster. If it were a rising helix into a MCBR I wouldn't have chose it. But yea I finished lift supports and it's about 6.5 feet.

If the curve that you made is the one right before the lift, then it should be flat not banked. Trust me lol, i've ridden it over 25 times. I'll also be on your case, but only for you to be able to build an amazing recre. Have fun doing it!

^ I'm not an idiot i know it shouldn't be banked...

OK I'm doing what CC10 did for Nitro. I'm making the lift with tubes but the coaster with box supports. The lift will have 2 sets of supports. This is the first.

The supports on behemoth don't look like that. Why not use all tubes though?

I agree, I think you should build the whole coaster with tube supports or build the whole coaster with box supports. It would make it a lot more appealing.

^ All you need is one support tower. Tubes take up more pieces anyways. (in rods that is)

Well i wont be building till April most likely now. I don't have 3-d connectors to make box supports right now.
