I was equally supportive of both, so I voted randomly, and it ended up being a vote for AC. But I like both coasters equally.
EDIT: v I clicked on one of the two links BGT offered and it took me to AC. But I didn't know it was so important.

I really don't think anyone should vote randomly for this competition. If you don't know who to vote for, you shouldn't vote. It just seems unfair to both of these models in my eyes.

While both models are absolutely amazing, I have to hand it to CC10. Nitro's layout just seems a lot more difficult to recreate, and at the time, its impact was much greater. But then again, AC was made with pretty realistic looking tube-supports...

Almost every one of the old members says that Nitro had a big impact. And I realize that it was a huge leap ahead of all the other coasters at the time, and started a new 'era' of coasters, if you wish. But that doesn't make it any better of a coaster...does it? But it does mean that it was much harder to build, and everything had to be completely original, so...I'm beginning to rethink my vote. Too late...

Well, i'd say 10 votes away from the best coaster ever's a pretty good accomplishment.
