When you are looking to be hired, keep in mind that companies want mature, experienced, and above all talented members as employees. Realize that the last two things come with time, and the first thing is totally controlled by how you conduct yourself on these forums. It is recommended that you do NOT post a non-punctuated, spelling and grammar mistake filled post requesting to be hired, because chances are companies looking to hire will take everything about you into consideration before asking someone to work for them. So be as professional as possible when looking for a job.

Companies: we know that you will end up hiring members and possibly switching members often. This is fine. HOWEVER, all employees must be added MANUALLY through the administrator control panel, which means i will have to do this for you. When you decide to bring on a member, you MUST PM me their name and the company you are hiring them for. This will help cut down on time wasted searching for who owns what, etc. when more companies begin forming. Along these lines...if i don't get to adding a member for a day or so please forgive me. I don't have all day to devote to these forums, so i'll do things when i can.

Also to the companies: it is encouraged to talk to a member over PM to get an idea of what they could offer to your company instead of hiring them as soon as you see they're searching for employment. This will help you make a better decision as to who you would like to hire. However, keep in mind that other companies may be vying for another member. Get your information quickly but don't skimp out on any!
