It's about time to announce my next model, The

Mind Bender from SFOG. I've already built the lift and drop and am moving on

to the loop. I am waiting on another ss set and will continue with construction then. It

should arrive within a few days.

Because the mindbenders first half sits on

higher ground then the second half in real life, I had to find a way to replicate it. I

choose to stilt the first half of the ride on one gray rod(the long kind). It has been

tough. I also used a support method on the lift hill that required only one tower of knex

after the station!!! The rest of the lift is catilevered (sp?). It is strong

and has held well. I like it alot and it uses few parts.

I will update

whenever I can but I expect this to take a while to build so don't keep posting

about updates. As soon as I get pics I will ask this to be moved to construction.

Whoa! That should be tough. I have always thought

that coaster was cool, except for the fact that the park advertizes it with 3 invertions.

Go Broncos!

Yeah that coaster is cool and it'll be the right

color but if you get green rope light that would be so awsome but i hope it works good

luck.

This coaster will work, I've already

ordered another ss for more parts. If I have to buy another ss set I will. The turn at

the top of the lift is really annoying, it wasted alot of parts having to support it. I may

order some more rods and connectors. The hill is five feet at the top but the drop is

only four to simulate the higher ground.

EDIT: Okay, I didn't want to

bring this old topic to the top. I am postponing construction on mind bender. I'll

make it some time, but I just don't have the parts now. Updates later. Please

don't post.
