Here's my tutorial (for Aminspec) to make the car actually jump a Gap!

Materials...
1.2-6 clear straws. Maybe try 8 that would be a long jump :)

^got them from Chipotle! They have the only clear straws I can think about..

2.A roller coaster that needs an amazing ending element

Great for stunt coasters!

Build some kind of jump with a gap in the middle. Usually best with low speed like on top of a big air hill ,or a small hill or something at the end of your coaster.
here's mine :P

How to make the clear tubing.

get your straws and crimp one end like this. if your gap will be 2 straws long only crimp one per rail if it's 3 crimp both sides of the same straw.

Put the crimped end inside of another straw.

Now push them together !GENTLY! so there's a little less than an inch inside the other.

You can make this as long as you want but it cant be too long or they might stress under pressure and let the car off.

How to put the rails on?

I cut a small slice in both sides of the tube just like the normal tubing has ,but only like an inch long. And then you just lay it over like this on a cross tie. maybe your straws are big enough to slide right over the tubing, that would be afar better way to do it.

Then put the tubing over it to secure it in place. :)

Like so... it may mess up a bit of the straw but that's ok just so long as it wont slide out.

Congrats' on building a new element!

Notes...
1.Some tape over the transition from tubing to straw is a great idea.

2.Be very careful when putting the straws on the track not to crimp them it will ruin that straw.

3.Weighted cars do work. Just so long as they go over the gap with some speed.

Lets see who will use it in there coaster first! I know I will on my t****neco***** :)

This is weird but brilliant and I have no idea what it could be good for except stunt coasters.
