First off, I am sorry if this is the wrong forum but I know it wouldn't be in the knex part.


Anyways, I got the faller Wilde Mause for christmas and I will post my construction here. Here is what I have so far:


12/26/09- 3 Hours of work

Today the cars where fabricated.

Chassis:


Frame:


Seats ready to go in:


Front Railing Placed:


Restraints put in:


After 3 hours, all 4 cars have been finished:


I numbered them to make it easier to see which have problems during testing:

It's HO scale....

And faller Wilde mause's are probably the most realistic model out there.

It is a model scale. O, HO, F, G, etc.

What does HO scale mean...?

HO scale is 1/87, so for example one foot on this model would equal about 87 feet in real life. Or, 3.5 mm on this model, equals a foot in real life.


I've always wanted to get faller models, especially this one, but there too expensive for my liking. I'd like a detailed showing of the construction, so update often!

To make thas clear:
"Wilde Maus" is german and means Wild Mouse.
But I think most of you know that.

upon googling faller, they have some cool models, I also found this Accueil which I found cool, the guy built it all himself, thought it would be good to share, good luck Lazor

Not a update of the actual coaster but, here is a little future project that will consist of the coaster. Probably can't read the writing but you should get the general just of it
