Alright, KCk and I decided also that the co prez, prez, and member of the month will take turns posting a weekly building tip.
Everyone is required to look at this thread. You could even comment on these tips.

Week 1

This is the most helpful tip I know. Put as many structure to track connections on your coaster as you can. But here's the tip, sometimes that's hard so try attaching a connector to the flexi, every connection doesn't have to go in the hole in the bottom for rods. Also, don't force the track into a connection. That deforms it and causes bumps. Another thing...You don't have to use the standard sized rods to make a connection either, you can make any kind of connection. Here's a great example of what I mean.

Don't stress over it, the hardest part about making these coasters is making connections, but the hardest part is finding the right combination out of the millions of possibilities.

Week 2

This week its a bit different. I want to share this tip because its helped me alot in the past. When you build a element, make shure the train goes through at a fair speed, and not just coas over the top, because usaly it will start to roll back after a while. Steel had this problem with Mamouth and had to cancel, so it just goes to show you, that it does happen, and usaly does.

Alrighty...

Week 3

Use as many crossties as possible. It saves speed, which is very necessary in these coasters. Use as many crossties as you can on your coasters, for two reasons, 1 to save TONS of speed. 2 It looks better. Hope that helps!

Week 4

Splicing

When building roller coasters, use your longest strands of tubing first. To splice, this is how I do it, and this order, # 1 you should do first, if you can, and work your way down the list.
#1: Use the track splices and maby a bit of scotch tape.
#2: Use a micro knex pice, and insert it in the tube like the splice and a bit of scotch tape.
#3:Connect them over a x tie, and a bit of scotch tape.
#4: Hold the 2 pices together using a small track pice and push it in on the grove, so the 2 groves line up.

Hope it helps and happy building.;)

No one posted for last week, so I will post 2

Week 5

Track strengthers

The use of track strenghters can be very useful, when the track is moving.
Be shure to shape your track first, then apply the track strengthers.

Here you can see an example of track strenghers:

Week 6

General track connections

I have pictures to help with track connections, and these are the ones I commenly use. They can be used on drops, lifts and other straight parts.

I use this on lifts usaly:
