gonna use? This coaster is unbelievable. I can't wait to see how you pull off
the rest of the coaster while making it look realistic and work!

great! How many sets is this sucker gonna use? This coaster is

run out I still have two old version roller coaster sets, so I really think I'm set
, sorry, had to. On the turn
around I think to make the supporting I will make a small tower next to the transfer
track and then it will have arms branching out in an arc to the turn around track
sections, since the storage track is there and the station will take up some space.

THAT LOOKS
REALLY GOODD!!!! I really hope you dont give up on
this! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!
give up on models, it's just kinda stupid to me, why put all the work into it and
then just tear it down. I am just figuring out the turn supports for now, I have to
magically build the whold turn over the station. I have the ideas, but I also need time,
school, other stuff has brought opposition.
Thanks for the compliments,
They are very much appreciated. :-D

problems and everybody has them on models, here is the issue, I need to build supports
for my turn, I was'nt expecting so little room for a center tower for the turn
because of the transfer track, storage track and I will need some room for my station.
So here are the ideas that I have come up with. I could either do away with the
storage track and just have the transfer track, because the real purpose was not really
for looks and realism, it was so I could take the train off easily when it needs to go to
the jiffy lube.
Or I could completely change the transfer tracks form of
motion and the rear of the transfer track could be pulled up with a spool/tread system
so it would tilt forward, and then the train would be lowered into the storage track
underneath the station. It would'nt be like the real one, but it would save space
and to do it would be even easier than it was to make the existing transfer. There is a
paint picture to show what I'm talking about.
What are your opinions,
it would'nt hurt anything to just have the transfer track, but it would'nt be
hard to do it the tilt way.

neat. It seems like too much work just for lubing up the axles. Also, how would it be
easy to lube the axles when the train is under the station? If the storage and transfer
tracks are not for realism, why not put them on the other side of the station.

I would not use your tilting
method, although it is very neat. It seems like too much work just for lubing up
the axles. Also, how would it be easy to lube the axles when the train is under
the station? If the storage and transfer tracks are not for realism, why not put
them on the other side of the station.
would have the storage track under the station and then have the end of that track turn
like 20 degrees away from the coaster so then I could take the cars off easily, I would
take the whole train off to lube it up, I tried making a section of track that could also
hang upside down and so it could be "easy access" to the axles, but it
actually was'nt very easy that way. But it would curve out from under the
station so I could take it off easily. I can't put them on the other side because
that's where the the down slope into the half twist will be, and I don't want
to have to build over a transfer track and sacrifice proper supports so it will have as
much energy as possible and still being piece efficient. I guess the right answer is to
just use the transfer track and no storage, the other way would be super neat
though! lol.

that I am not giving up and I'm still here on it. I have decided(a while ago) to just
have a transfer track because that's all I need, to be able to take the train easily
off of the track.
Now, news about the progress of construction. I
currently have my old two knex sets being used on my superman:the escape air
launched coaster and I need a few pieces from that for X. Once I get to radio shack
and get some parts for that, then I will need to get some parts to run all the k'nex
motors on X through one power supply. Construction probably won't resume till
next year because I am kinda tied up with the christmas season and stuff financially.
When I can get those parts and make a video and pictures of my superman then I can
continue on X.
