Yes. Only models that have not been entered into ATM before and not won Summer Heat can be entered.

That sounds weird... We should have a rule that doesn't allow us to enter things that already got entered in another contest....

The only exceptions to entering a model twice are losers of the Summer Heat and Winter contests.
