Apache! Way bigger and looks a lot cleaner to me than Deluge.

Deluge is better proportioned than Apache in my opinion.

I wasn't around for Deluge's construction, but I do know how much work CAC put into Apache, even going back to re-do the whole last third of the layout.

Quite a good turn out, just one less than the original. Apache gained 2 votes out of the tie break to win.
