I'm going with Corkscrew because...
1. Better trackwork on Corkscrew
2. Realistic supports on Corkscrew
3. Round About kinda lost it's overall resemblance to the real ride because the lift was square, not circular like a ferris wheel on the real ride. Corkscrew however really did look like a mini version of the real thing.
4. Cooler station on Corkscrew
5. Long trains look cooler than one-car trains
6. Corkscrew's video was better IMO. (I know this isn't part of the model, but still I think it makes a difference...)

Corkscrew had amazing trackwork, and was also more of a pioneer with the auto-stuff.
