hello everybody. i got another hobby: model airplanes. i know i am still young but i really love it. when i was like 8 years old i always bought simple toy airplanes. most of the time they just suck and are uncontrolable. but i loved trying to let it fly. once, i got a toy helicopter, it was the first flying object that i could actually control. but since a year i am working with real model airplanes. at the beginning i bought a professional remote and a simulator to start practising. after half a year i got my first airplane. a really small one. but i was really suprised how good you can control it. (i already tried alot on the simulator but it was amazing how fun it was having a plane actually under control in real life. it was a p-51 mustang micro for the guys who want to know.) and now i am still flying with that airplane and i'm getting better and better. on the simulator i am better then in real life. espacially because my plane can't do that much and there are a lot better ones on the sim. in another half a year i think i'm going to buy a bigger plane. is anybody interested in model planes/ helicopters too? well then tell it here!

About to purchase a Hobby zone Champ. First plane. Used to fly Havoc Helis, and they suck.

Clearview is $40 and really good quality. So not to high in the price range.

I play on Phoenix all the time. Clearview stinks, it feels nothing like the real thing. Go for a better sim you wont regret it. Also check out RCGroups (for planes) and Helifreak (for helis).

I fly RC Helis, and do have 1 plane but it's no where near as fun. Mine is a Outrage 550. It's almost as big as I am.

And here is a video.

BTW I hope to be getting a field rep position (half-sponsored) by Outrage RC (company who makes my big heli). I have sent videos into them just waiting for a response. They said they were looking for more reps.
