Wow, that looks really good. Want to see this finished. Looks great!
Ehrm... I'm pretty sure it's already finished...
Or atleast I'm not planning on adding anything anymore.

I love it! Now I would like to see this thing running in manual mode . The only thing I don't get is why the station in the reference picture is angled.
It's not, the picture is just taken from a weird angle.
Thanks you all!
And Max, no lights indeed. The expo is not a funfair-expo, so the lights in the room will be on at all times. So that makes it kinda invisible...

Might be an odd investment too. But I've had my models lighted with spotlights before and I've kept the lights running. You guys should really look into the Ikea Dioder lights, they are about 30 euros and come in footlong strips of RGB led's which can just switch between colours or slowly fade from one colour to another, or just keep one colour at all times. Very ideal and fairly bright!

I would rather buy some stuff from deal extreme. Those things are way cheaper, and work about as good.
But I am just not in the mood for installing lights.

Guess you could just buy an RGB light strip and use some transistors and an Arduino too. The Dioder kit was a present for my birthday so that's why I like them so much

Well, not untill I tried improving something the last day.
I tried repositioning some sensors, and that ruined the entire ride, so I had to fix it.
Worked great the rest of the day though!
I'm very happy with the result.

Check out the database page:
Power Tower 2 - SSCoasters Rides Database
And be sure to VOTE FOR THIS RIDE in the Alternative Top Model. This project took a lot of my time and effort, and it was extremely hard to build this. So far this ride has not received any awards. Please give it a chance in this contest!
