Your image is the wrong size. You need to select the right size when you create it.

i make my signature in photoshop cs5 andi select customize i put 8 bit,500 px

3, 2 inches tall and 5,4 inches width
i save in jpg image what its wrong?

lol, sigpic much... I had the same problem when I started. You need to upload your signature to photobucket (or any other image hosting sites) and just copy and past the IMG code when you change you signature.
