Hello everyone,

Since I had some time left I wanted to build somthing I had on my to do list for a while, and that's a polyp.

So I started this one yesterday and I dit a lot of work on it since then, so I wanted to share it with you guys.

Just look at the octopus with it's tentacles over the arms, doesn't it look cool :sunn

AMAZING!! It looks so realistic and it's probably the best k'nex octopus ride ever! Can't wait to see this beast in action

yeah I know, it will get 7 tentacles, besause that is te room I have on the model for it, but there will be 4 arms with cars on it, this is for weight isseus and stuff.

But I am planning to model the other tentacles that are now just hanging there to a state in which they look more lively

I added the other 2 cars and the tentacles, I considered making more arms to the model, but it just didn't feel right, so I am keeping it with 4 arms. (I actually already built the other 4 arms )

anyway, the new pictures.











the coowl thing is, the 3 other tentacles have a very coowl slow whipping motion when the ride is started and I like extra motions that make it more dynamic

You dont need more than 4 tentacles, its look quite good now, just make the surface done and add more stuff like a background

I gave the octopus an attitude now he looks angry, like he wants to shake all the riders

Very innovative! I've seen Scrambler Rides before made out of knex but this is the first octopus ride I have seen out of knex.

I use 2 motors, and te ride works, and the video will be up when I finish this build zo a little more patience
