Hej all,

I've been away for a while and it's holiday now so I decide to get the knex and built a new coaster. I've 4 ss sets and would realy like it to build with tubes. Is 4 ss enough to build with tubes? I hope so!

It will not be so big though, i've about 1.5 meters at 2 meters space.

You should be fine on tubes. Since you plan on building small, pieces shouldnt be too big of an issue. One question, is the half barrel roll into a half loop kind of like a dive loop?

Here are the first pics. Lift hill is done :) It's by the way the first time I build with tubes, so if I do something wrong, tell me! Tips are also welcome.

That's a nice lift! I might recommend adding diagonals on the lift backbone, but because your tubes are so close together, it's not completely necessary. Looking good!

The update for today. I changed the layout a bit, I think it's better on this way.
Please be harsh, I want to have a good coaster ;)

The end of the turn isn't good shaped, I will change that tomorrow.

After this there will be a turn drop, then it will be the same as on my first layout.

The drop looks too steep. And the bottom of the turn up needs to be banked a little more. I like your cars too. : )

^ I agree. But the first pullout also needs to be widend and smoothed out.

Sorry for no updates these two days, but I had a lot to do and had to work this whole day.

Yeah, I already made that much better I think. I will change the banking this evening. Thank you :)

I think I fixed that.

There also needs to be more banking on the turn.

Ok, I will do that!

Thanks for the support :)

Tomorrow I get my fifth SS set :D So I don't have to worry about having not enough pieces I think.

Maybe I got time later this evening to post some pics.

The drop looks better now. I see a flat point (6th picture) on the end of the overbanked, but i'm not sure if that part is done already.

Can we have an overview? Hard to judge with only little bits and pieces of your ride.

Hello all,

after a long time no updates I have news :P

I had to broke my coaster up because I had to celebrate my birthday sunday, and yesterday I had to work the whole day and after that I had a BBQ.

Now am I going to continue in a other room, where I do have more space to build(and I have another SS so it can be a bit bigger).

I only hold the lift hill, the rest will be gone. And I'm not going to build with a layout now, I always change my ideas, so I think this is a better way to build for me. There will be a few inversions in it ;)

Over a few hours you will get the first pics :)
