I'm about 3 weeks into Spinout! This ride is one of my favorites. We have had it at the California State Fair for the past 3 years. Trying to recreate this ride has been quite the challenge because of the sophisticated nature of it and how heavy the ride came out to be. Also still trying to find a hydraulic type system for lifting the ride off of the loading platform. I still have to make some adjustments and major floor work but I'm liking where its going so far! It operates just like the real ride: Floor, main arm, and gondolas all rotate. All 3 points of rotation on the model have made up for a surprisingly smooth and fluid motion. Enjoy!:)

I've seen this before. Crazy ride. Looks good. If I were you, I would replace your motors with the ones with the long cords to the controllers so you can do it remotely.

Thanks guys!! Yea its forsure an intense one. I actually am using 2 motors with long cords to rotate the floor but there is an issue with the others: Since the arm and and gondolas are both on a rotating floor there's not really a way to run long cords as they will get caught up in the ride if that makes sense.
