I would really ask staff about this. We're about to enter the Winter Contest, and having 2 coinciding contests doesn't always work out well. We also have 7-day building contests already.

this is a 6 day coaster contest. EDIT: I asked Knexrule 11 and he said he does not know if the contest will stiil be going due to other contests.

You may have noticed this thread. It contains new, explicit rules for unofficial contests. These were formulated after you created your thread, but your thread was indeed the direct reason to formulate these rules. From now on, members need the staff's permission to start an unofficial contest.

In your case, we feel that you are too inexperienced to start a contest. We base this opinion on your age, your post count and your join date.

Even if this was allowed, you would get very few participants. This is a bad time to start a coaster for most people.
