S&S WorldWide - (11/9/12) The majority stakeholder in S&S Worldwide, Larsen MacColl Partners, has sold their interest in S&S to Sansei Yusoki Co Ltd, a Japanese company involved with lift and escalator systems, stage equipment, as well as an arm for amusement rides as well. Sansei first purchased 14.2% of S&S back in June, and has now purchased another 63.1% of the company. According to the press release, S&S will retain it’s headquarters in Logan, Utah and Rich Allen (President & CEO), Jeff Koffman (Chairman) and Reven Rohwer (VP of Sales & Marketing) will also be remaining in their roles with the company. As amusement ride fans, we already know all about S&S Worldwide (formerly S&S Power) but you can see a bit more about what Sansei Yusoki is about on their own website.

Sounds sad. But someone said on Facebook "Nothing Changes at S&S except Meisho is no longer the Asia Subcontractor"
