Tom & Koen's tilt coaster drop is by far the coolest gizmo I've seen this year.

I'm not gonna lie, when I saw this thread I thought to myself "What automation existed this year?".
To answer my question, I haven't seen any serious automation happening (stuff that blows minds when it's done completely by K'NEX), I was actually super impressed when I saw the way that Alpal and Josh Monster pulled off the completely automatic launched lift. That really shocked me in how they made it happen. Such a neat design.

I must say that I was impressed bij Jochem and his Balrog. The way he made the coaster work with a push on 1 single button made me vote for him.

I'm biased because I like it when coasters go backwards.

I love that ice vision has that tilt coaster automation, the layout and theming were awesome for this coaster so that's why this coaster gets my vote for it too!
